I have mentioned continuously in these the increasing reliance on mushrooms as a clear resource & alternative to current methods of creation from food to medicinals, to clothing and to packaging among many others variables.


Now let's start with food. The global mushroom market was valued at 29,263.441 million in 2019, with an expected increase to 46,520.723 million by 2027; registering a CAGR of 9.3% from 2021 to 2027. That's a big increase compared to last decade


The specialty market consists of mushrooms as shiitake, oyster, lion's mane, reishi, & maitake. The former two are used in small scale production, meaning micophyles alike or any individual with a culinary or medicinal interest can pursue, without the requirement for facilities or with it, equipment.
